Horrible experience. I am from NY and bought a Nissan Armada fo keep here in my vacation home. I paid to have an OEM hitch installed for $495. They had to order it and said to bring it back in a few days and they would call. They never called. After 5 attempts to reach the salesman I drove to the dealership (30 minutes from my house). I approached the salesman and he said he tried to call me but the number was wrong - he showed me the number and it was correct. He then called Uhaul and made an appointment for me in Pompano Beach. ??? First, a uhaul hitch is $189, not $495, plus I wanted the factory hitch. Now I trying to get my money refunded and sent me part of it. I drove back and the sales manager said I would have the rest in a week. 3 weeks later and the check still isn't here. I went to Delray Nissan and they installed the hitch for $480. Plus they finished prepping the vehicle since Napleton rushed - they put windshield fluid in, removed the factory plastic that wasn't removed at Napleton, added air to the tires, popped in a few plastic pieces that were laying in the truck, etc. do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. We actually found a deal at another dealership where our monthly costs would have been a few dollars less, but the excellant service we received from "Ram", made us want to make our purchase withg Napleton. I test drove and selected a vehicle. We negotiated the price based on the Sticker MSRP and discounts and signed a contract. During the contract paperwork they used odd figures and discounts to make me bel price based on the Sticker MSRP and discounts and signed a contract. During the contract paperwork they used odd figures and discounts to make me believe that Sticker price and car configuration is exactly the same with the exception of a different exterior color that I wanted. Trusting them I signed the contract. Since they didn't have the color in their inventory they transferred it from another dealership and I went to pick up the vehicle two days later. When I arrived I found out that the MSRP price was different on this vehicle and extra Option that i paid for was not installed. In addition the vehicle had the front lic plate holder installed. When I told the salesman (Sam) about these three items, his first answer was " that's how the car came in. what do you want to do, leave the car and cancel the contract?". That immediatly gave me the impression that he didn't care about customer after the car is sold. He brought his senior manager who tried to take care of by offering to install the missing item and changing the bumper. I refused to change the bumper because I found out the car was built prior to mid-year and new car's color was slightly different (simply because cars are built in batch). It was slight different and I didn't want to have them replace the bumber from a different car. After two days they told me that they can't find another car in this color. I told them I'm willing to switch color. They told me that no other color is availalble in any dealership inventory in 2,000 miles. I called the next dealers in Royal Palm, Ft. Lauderdale, and Pemborke. They had the vehicles available. I cancelled the contract as I couldn't trust Napleton. Napleton lied to me several times. They tried to get rid of an old inventory that had lower MSRP but they were unsuccessful. I contacted the GM and Business manager (Maggie). No reply. Funny that when I sent online inquiry to buy vehicle the business manager called me within 10 mins. When I had issues with car, no one cared to return my call or reply my emails to rectify the situation. More

Ramzan Basir was both professional and patient as my boyfriend and I haggled over which car to purchase.He didn't impose but offered advice and stated we could test drive as many cars as we needed to find the "right" car. We ended up being the last couple in the showroom that evening but we were not rushed or hurried to complete our transaction. It was truly a pleasure working with this salesman! Mr.Carlos Salas was a genius! Not only did he patiently work on options for financing that suited my budget he too offered very valuable advice that I will carry with me with every car purchase from now on. It is very rare to meet people in the car selling industry who seem to look out for your "best interest", but I found both of these gentlemen did just that for me! Thanks a million you two! More
