I bought a new 2020 vehicle from here on the 19th of November and did a financement paying in full the very next day. As of today I have still yet to receive my statement. It’s funny how attentive th November and did a financement paying in full the very next day. As of today I have still yet to receive my statement. It’s funny how attentive they were before I purchased my new car but afterwards they could care less. The manager does not return any of my calls even after I left a message and the sale representative who helped is also ignoring me. I hope to hear a response by Monday because this is ridiculous and horrible customer service, I don’t recommend anyone come here if they’re interested in buying a vehicle from this dealership. More
