What they wrote is a complete lie. This is the problem. They are liars. They changed the wrong tire. Sears tested all the tire 10 minutes before, didn't mark any and they were shown the right one to change. What do you think? We went home and put a nail in the wrong tire for what? You claim we left you with 4 good tires? Sears saw a bad one one the front... You really have to get someone intelligent to come up with your lies. There's no point getting the good tire you took off, putting a nail in it and marking it then saying Sears did it. They did not. You saying you don't have a bit of chalk so they must have is pathetic. Maybe you should get some chalk and you wouldn't make the mistake? That's why everyone uses them. Your comments are Olympic Class Stupid. Gold medal.
