Ricky from Nisan Motor Corpoation contacted me on Fri. the 9th telling me they would repair my Fronteir, Mon. the 12th and they did so.. I had spoke to a Jay Buick on Friday at Napleton's Nissan he is a Business Manager for Napleton's and we had a pleasant conversation, I listened to his point of veiw, and he listened to my point of veiw, we left on a hand shake which to me is still the only way to do business. There was a diffent hostile enviroment towards me from service, but job was fixed in a reasonable amount of time and I noted while their, that their were numerous vehicles going thru service and getting fixed in short time, even I was surprised how fast their Mechanic's were at moving car's thru service. Even though I had a problem with Service Rep's the mechanic's even checked front diver's lug nuts and rotated driver's side tires, which I didn't expect. Because of that I will again bring my vehicle in for service to Napleton's Niissan .
