I am from out of state, never dealing with Napleton before. David was polite,friendly and informative, setting my mind at ease immediately. When he returned I mentioned I could use some help to connect my cellphone to the bluetooth in my car - David immediately stated he would be happy to help and did so, not leaving until he called my cell to make sure I was connected. All this for someone from out-of-state. I can not say enough about my experience, and the cashier as polite and pleasent as well. Thank you - your efforts were greatly appreciated.
