I rated your company a one star because customer service was nice. However as for service I was disappointed with the diagnosis of my vehicle. I was informed I had two houses that was collapsed and my heat was nice. However as for service I was disappointed with the diagnosis of my vehicle. I was informed I had two houses that was collapsed and my heater thermostat was no good and needed replacing. My warranty was covering $375 of the $971 quoted total. I was willing to pay if that would have been the real diagnosis. Your company did nothing and still charged me $112 just for looking at my vehicle. If this is how you all make money by bamboozling your customers out of money its ridiculous and sad. I took my vehicle for a second opinion and come to find out all was wrong was the heater thermostat. I asked the mechanic what about my two hoses that were collapsed, per tech they found no such thing the only issue after th eyes checked my vehicle is the thermostat for the heating. I was upset with Nissan because your technician lied about what was wrong with my vehicle just to get more money out of a client. I will let everyone I know with a Nissan to be careful going to the dealer even with a warranty they will swindle you our of you money. More
The staff is Incredibly rude and unprofessional. The temporary tag was expired (their fault) and they gave us an extremely hard time trying to get a new temp tag delivered to our business. The service was horrible. For a simple oil change, tire rotation, and car wash took 3 hours. They didn’t tell me if there were issues in the services done or recommendations. It all looks like a rush job. Lastly when you look in the window for the next oil change says 6 months or 85,000 miles. When you only have 15,000 miles on the car. I do not ever wish to deal with them ever again. More
