I originally came to get a service oil and filter change but then found out my car needed it’s axel fixed. I asked if I could trade it in in the current quality that it was in and they said they were gonna but then found out my car needed it’s axel fixed. I asked if I could trade it in in the current quality that it was in and they said they were gonna do everything they could to find something for me. I was shown a Nissan Altima 2019 for 16991 and was told that they were gonna figure something out for me I wait hours just to find out that they couldn’t. It was very disappointing in the end because I had to go somewhere else to get my car repaired at a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten the Altima at the rate I wanted that’s all. More

Normally service is excellent. Pete Wyman an excellent manager. However I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes to have new tires put on and service performed. THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE BECAUSE MANAGER HAD SEN manager. However I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes to have new tires put on and service performed. THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE BECAUSE MANAGER HAD SENT SHUTTLE CAR TO TAMPA. I had no one to take me there so I sat there over 4 hours. Unacceptable that dealer has only ONE driver and One shuttle car. I am very very upset about this. I have better things to do with my time. You need to hire more people, or, if service is over 2 hours, you need to offer loaner car. More
