I feel like the service center tries to take advantage on women. My battery had went bad on my vehicle so I had to call roadside assistant to give me a jump so when I reached the dealership he said he it was women. My battery had went bad on my vehicle so I had to call roadside assistant to give me a jump so when I reached the dealership he said he it wasn't the battery so I couldn't get a new one unless the machine gave a bad reading so I went about my way just to get stuck again needing a jump. My vehicle has only ever been serviced at your dealership since I purchased it from you. You sent me a coupon for a $14.95 oil and filter change. Once the work was complete I was presented with an additional since I purchased it from you. You sent me a coupon for a $14.95 oil and filter change. Once the work was complete I was presented with an additional charge of $8.00 for parts. The only parts used were oil and a filter. I sure hope those $8.00 go a long way for you because it’s the last you’ll see of me. More

Even that my new vehicle was at the dealership for service for a whole month after purchase due to some technical issues; the service was finally completed.
