I used to see Rebecca who had it together and knew what she was doing. She was consistent. I show up this time to get my car serviced and was serviced by Cat who did not introduce herself by name, did not she was doing. She was consistent. I show up this time to get my car serviced and was serviced by Cat who did not introduce herself by name, did not know what she was talking about, and did not have a sense of urgency to get my paperwork completed in a timely manner at the end of my appointment. In fact as I was in the office completing my appointment there were several new service providers that I had never seen before. All young and totally aloof. When I come to the dealership I spend more because I want consistency and an elevated level of customer service (and let’s not forget about knowledge of the product). I could have just taken my car to any old shop for the experience that I got. More

I can’t remember the salesman’s name but he was a young Haitian gentleman, he was amazing and made the experience enjoyable.
