I have been a customer of I-95 Nissan for years, they never ceased to amaze me when it comes to how they treat their customers. I recently had a little mis-understanding with one of the service guys, onc never ceased to amaze me when it comes to how they treat their customers. I recently had a little mis-understanding with one of the service guys, once everything was clearly explained, I was blown away on how the service manager, Xavier, handled the situation. He did not only care my concern but he also valued my opinion on how I was seemed to be treated. This has been one of the greatest customer service experience that I've ever had. I can only speak regarding the Service Dept. specifically, I can't speak for the rest of the dealership since the change of ownership to Krause Auto Group since I've had no dealings with them.
