Mr. Strine, We take our reputation very seriously. We know you drove all the way from Jacksonville because we are competitively priced with the best vehicles. We appreciate your business. We have reviewed the details in this case and we would like it to be known that we did everything within our power to help you exchange your vehicle. To review, you purchased the vehicle on September 10, 2022. After 2 days you called to report an odor in the vehicle. We offered to exchange the vehicle for you at that point. You refused. We then offered to pay to have the vehicle ozone treated for the smell. You agreed to this. Then on Sunday, October 9th (exactly 30 days after purchase) you came to the dealership to return the vehicle. *Note, the 30 day drive and decide covers EXCHANGES not RETURNS.* Although our 30 day drive and decide guarantee covers 500 miles, and you had driven the vehicle 1,500 miles, we STILL offered to exchange the vehicle for you. You would have received your original purchase price in order to select another vehicle. You refused this. There's nothing else we could have done. We did everything in order to keep you as a satisfied customer. We stand by our policy. We will still exchange your vehicle for another, just give us a call.
