Once again the Service Dept took excellent care of me and my vehicle. I was met promptly and my requests and concerns were addressed. Ramone is truly an asset to this dealership. During my wait I took advantage of the free coffee and went to the sales area of the dealership. What I saw shocked me. Some sales staff and management were co-mingling without benefit of masks. It took over 2 hours for schedule appointment and the car wash was out of service. I also had to return to have my oil change schedule alert reset and it's still not working reading service needed.
