I have used Nissan service for years. Normally when you get a time that car will be ready they come close to the time. I was only having an oil change. I arrived at 10:15 and was told car will be ready at get a time that car will be ready they come close to the time. I was only having an oil change. I arrived at 10:15 and was told car will be ready at 11:30. At 11:45 still waiting,finally at 12:00 I went to see what was the hold up.I was now 1hr. and 45 minutes.for oil change. I think that is ridiculous. No explanation of delay, at 12:15 Two hours later finally. There should have been a reason Why. Was not happy with service.. More
Take your time at this place. Buying a car can be fun, exciting but also stressful. Make sure you work with General Manager Younes as he has the best intentions to do what's right and make your experience exciting but also stressful. Where I found my best experience (ironically) was Bill DiBernardino (the Finance Manager). He was extremely helpful on the day I purchased the car and in any finance office it's easy to be overwhelmed by the numbers being mentioned but he did a great job making me feel comfortable with understanding the charges and worked with me to get an extensive Extended Warranty (which I always thought were pointless to be honest) but I have already benefited from it. When I did run into an issue they both (especially Bill) worked to correct the issue and I left very pleased with the experience and their help More

We were a cash purchase,which should have made this very easy and fast. At this point we declined a test drive and viewed two vehicle’s and made our selection .We made our purchase offer which was accepted, easy and fast. At this point we declined a test drive and viewed two vehicle’s and made our selection .We made our purchase offer which was accepted, this took only 30 to 45 minutes The next 2.5 hours we waited for someone from finance to complete the deal, at one point a finance person came over to us to let us know she would be with us shortly and how busy she was that she hadn’t even had a break yet, while we sit and wait for hours to complete this cash deal.We are very happy with our purchase and Kayla our sales rep she was very informative and professional, we felt bad for her because she had to apologize over and over again for the for delay.After our three hour wait we finally met with Ricardo to complete the purchase which went smoothly. This was exhausting and should not have taken this long, waiting 2.5 hours for finance on a cash purchase is unacceptable. More
