I went to the dealership and was greeted by the receptionist and there was a guy there he came up to me and ask what I needed and why I was coming in today. The guy told me he can’t help me he had something to do so he went to get someone else.I guess he thought I was not going to buy anything so he won’t make a sale I guess? So he went in the back and came back with the Lovely Mengie Mondesir. She is amazing she came out so jolly and happy and ready to help me. I was telling her what car I was looking at and she went outside with me to look around and we went back to get paperwork started and let me just say she is amazing her and her manager are the best.They worked with me and loved it that was some good Customer Service from both Mengie and her boss! She checks up on you to see how you are doing with the car a few weeks after and let’s just say if you are looking for a car and you go to West Palm beach Nissan ask for Mengie you will not regret it at all.As for the guy that didn’t want to help me out and said he had something to do that is his lost he didn’t get a sale from me because he sat there the whole time and was doing nothing but on his phone at his desk.
