I-95 Nissan

My service advisor Pete is GREAT. He's the reason I keep coming to West Palm Beach Nissan. My issue with my last experience was I dropped my wife's car off just before 9am and was told it should be a few h coming to West Palm Beach Nissan. My issue with my last experience was I dropped my wife's car off just before 9am and was told it should be a few hours. I returned about 4:20ish and the vehicle has just gone back to the lift. I waiting until about 5:30 before I left. Pete communicated with me multiple times throughout the day letting me know the status of the service. He apologized multiple times for the delay and he did everything he could to get me out of there as soon as possible. This has not been the same in the past so I feel something there has changed and if so the process needs to be changed to make things more efficient. Thank you. More
