Went in for oil change and tire rotation, historically it has taken less than an hour which is good, was told it would take an hour, and it actually took almost 3 hours. They said they had some techs out, my has taken less than an hour which is good, was told it would take an hour, and it actually took almost 3 hours. They said they had some techs out, my reply was they should have called me since I had an appointment and told me it would be longer, he said he was too busy to call (this goes to poor customer service score). He also said that they mix walkins and appointments, again my reply is an appointment should always have priority above a walk in. If this happens again, I may look for a faster shop. More
