It's always so busy and it seems that I alwats have to wait longer than advised.. this time it was said the car wash was behind. I noticed other people just as annoyed. I was then given information on air filters and such that was suggested to replace however you guys way overcharge for these. I can do it myself for less than half what you want to charge. People running around like chickens with their heads cut off...insane. So disappointing to have to endure. My floor board was wet n dirty from the car wash too. More
