Did not value me as customer once I signed paperwork. Paperwork incorrect and scratch on new lease was supposed to be scheduled for maintenance. Old lease not paid off... had to contact Headquarters of Nissan and open a case due to fact that no one at dealership wanted to be held accountable. Also had to file a complaint with State of Florida Attorney General Consumer online. Pending legal assistance at this point. Inept and untrustworthy. More

Not too bad. Done entirely over the phone Negotiations a bit dealership type but nowhere near the same as being at the store. Due to working at home at this time I don’t put n many miles it car is so far so good. However the tires were at 45 pounds rather than 33 as per instructions. That s just sloppy. And dangerous. More

Excellent service, I didn’t make an appointment for my oil change, but Stephen found I needed a few things for my 15k service. He was able to fit those in and save me an extra trip.
