But there are times when you need Nissan expertise and when it is something other than a basic and minor service, we choose Nissan at those times. I could not be more pleased with our Service Advisor Rebekah. Our trucks are service business trucks and when they are down, we lose income. Rebekah kept us informed so that we knew how to plan the next days schedule. Not only that, but she told us the truth rather than "what we wanted to hear" That is hard to do at times, as we know, because we are also in the service business. The customer service at this particular location is atrocious. From beginning to end, my experience was no good. When I called to find out if this location was servicing vehicles, the man I spoke to sn atrocious. From beginning to end, my experience was no good. When I called to find out if this location was servicing vehicles, the man I spoke to sneakily responded, "we never stopped." When a simple yes would have sufficed. I should not have to explain that I'm asking because there is a very real pandemic going on in the world and that most establishments were not doing business as usual. When I pulled into the garage, no one attended to me, someone just walked up to the wall near my vehicle and I, and leaned up against the wall. When I stepped out of my car, he just began putting things into my car without even speaking to me first. When I asked him if he was going to ask me why I was there, he rudely told me to go inside. Upon entering the inside service area, I was again not greeted, no one said anything to me or even acknowledged my existence. So, your paying customer is left feeling idiotic just standing around in this tiny area with no guidance. Eventually, someone walked past me and said "have a seat with someone and we will be right with you." I said to him "I don't see anyone.", to which he responded" I know, give us a moment and someone will be with you." If you knew that there was no one available, why tell me to go to someone? I was flummoxed to say the least. The associate that helped me was nice enough. However, he seemed offended by me taking precautions against this pandemic the entire world is dealing with by using a tissue to touch the pen that he and many many others have been touching daily. He sarcastically offered me hand sanitizer. I'm a health care professional and I did not appreciate that at all. After all of that, I watched them service my vehicle through the window in the waiting area. I saw them change my oil and fill my tires with air, but I did not see them rotate my tires which I paid for. Unbelievable. If they completed the multipoint inspection that was complimentary, they never gave me the results. The complimentary cleaning and vacuuming was subpar to say the least. I will not be bringing my vehicle back for anything at all to this location. More
