Disgusting and their negligence almost made me total my car. Went for oil change & multipoint inspection. Asked if my clutch could be looked at, as it wasnt shifting right. Was told that was a $140 diagnostic, so it was not done. After the service I was presented a $3,200 estimate of recommended maintenance with NO mention regarding power st fluid. On the way home I lost use of clutch & could not shift and nearly crashes on main street. When a REAL trustworthy mechanic analyzed the problem, he noticed my power steering fluid WAS EMPTY!! So your lying mechanic did not even do the multiple point inspection, yet finds 3200 worth of other problems with NO MENTION of having ZERO fluid in the valve. Secondly, my appointment was made online for 4pm. I came from over 30 miles away and arrived early at 3:15 and was told.. well we close at 4 now because of the plandemic & you're lucky you came early or we would be closed... WHAT??? Don't you think I should have been notified??? If I got there ontime for my scheduled apt at 4 and it was closed!! How utterly unprofessional!!! More
