I got there & was greeted by a man not wearing a mask, & not practicing social distancing. I asked specifically to not have my car washed after the oil change & he said “ I can’t control what they do, I tell them, but they don’t listen” I should have pulled away right there. I get into the waiting area to find a really half hearted attempt to separate the chairs, leaving one chair right in the doorway where I walked in. Wow, that’s smart. While I was waiting the EMPLOYEES, very few of which were wearing masks would walk right past me(much closer than six feet)to go to the vending machine. Myself and other customers were making more of an effort to social distance. Then another employee started inflating a ton of balloons & suddenly popped them all...causing quite a ruckus. Not something to be done during business hours. I see my car is almost done(I loved that window where you can watch your car being worked that’s a nice feature). So I ask the same man who told me no guarantees on no car wash to please tell the technician to not wash my car again & he tells me that he is busy, and he is on the phone. Nothing beats that customer service. He then pauses, realized what he said and goes to the technician to not wash my car....I was grateful. Finally my car is back in the bay ready to be picked up, but the gentleman continues to to talk on the phone. There was someone else in the office who could have taken my payment but he was “busy” on the computer. I waited TEN MINUTES...amazed at what I’m seeing I tell someone in parts/or cashier section what’s going & she more or less shrugs and continues to do very little. I ask the man on the phone, and he tells me one minute & continues to talk on the phone. I finally do get my bill paid and he proudly admits that my car got done right on time, which he never actually quoted me a time. All I know is that could of left at least ten minutes earlier and in general could have had a much better and safer experience. I wish I could run my business this poorly and still be successful. I envy you. Also why aren’t you taking cash? The manager told me you don’t trust your employees to handle cash...that’s really sad It’s hard to rate your employees in the section below when almost none of them have pictures next to their names. You might want to make a little better effort if you’d like me to individually rate each employee More

Jason Tanner in sales department completely wasted my time ! Called me promising me the world over the phone about getting out of a bad deal since I was upside down with my current vehicle,. and had me w time ! Called me promising me the world over the phone about getting out of a bad deal since I was upside down with my current vehicle,. and had me waiting for 6 hours with my daughter only to ask if I had a co signer! They could've asked me to come back while they worked on a bank approval. And I'd already spent the morning up there at the service Dept because this car I bought from them last year brake shift stop working. The warranty they said I had didn't even cover the cost so i paid 300 buck ls out of pocket SMH ‼️ I'm so over that place l. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! More

Very Very unsatisfied I waited 2 to three months to get an extra key. I still have not received a spare tire with a jack which was discussed at the time of purchase that was missing and they said they woul an extra key. I have a small infants child that I carry in the car still to this day I have NOT received spare tire or Jack. I've been given the runaround for the last 3 months and I still have not received my spare tire or Jack. So yes, I am very dissatisfied with the service since I have driven off the lot. It took a while to send the paper work over to the lender. I had to call. I was told there was a warrant just found out that was a lie. I wish I could return the vehicle. More
