Crooks. Stay far away from I95 Toyota. My truck was under warranty. I95 Toyota dropped my truck off to Dan Vaden Chevrolet to be repaired. They handed the keys to a Dan Vaden representative without explaining anything and left. I requested a loaner vehicle. At that time, I was informed by I95 Toyota that the loaner is only covered for 5 days. After the 5th day, Dan Vaden had not even touched my car. I contacted I95 Toyota and explained that my truck was just sitting and had not been touched yet. I95 had not even followed up with Dan Vaden, I did, many times. I was informed by I95 Toyota that I needed to bring the loaner truck back and they gave me a Toyota Corolla because I explained that I have to go to work, plus, its' not my fault that I95 Toyota had not followed up with Dan Vaden in reference to the status of my truck. On 5/19/22, I finally received a call from I95 stating my truck was ready. I followed up with Dan Vaden and confirmed my truck was ready and that it only took 2 hours to fix the problem because Dan Vaden was not waiting on any parts for my truck. I took the loaner back on 5/20/22 and was hit with a rental car bill in the amount of $420.00.. I was told if I did not pay then I would not get my truck. First of all, this was a loaner. A loaner is free while your vehicle is being serviced. Alex, the General Sales Manager was not concerned. When I was speaking to him he acted as if I didn't exist. The other manager, I'm not sure if he's from the service dept. or rental car dept. did not want to hear anything I had to say. They were rude and unprofessional. Dan Vaden informed me that it took them 2 hours to fix my truck however, it sat on their lot 17 days. Dan Vaden also expressed that know one from I95 Toyota ever called them to even follow up with the service of my truck. A bunch of scammers. Beware....
