EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I purchased a Corolla from here in 2013, and due to the good experience I had, I sent my mom there 8/19/25 to check out a Camry I found online to rep I purchased a Corolla from here in 2013, and due to the good experience I had, I sent my mom there 8/19/25 to check out a Camry I found online to replace her car which was totaled in an accident. She was hesitant at first due to some bad things she had heard about I-95 Toyota, but I reminded her about the experience I personally had, plus the Camry seemed like a perfect fit for her. When she got there, she spoke with Billy and told him that her daughter (me) had referred her and told him which car she was interested in. She ended up buying it, and paid for it in full that day. I was thrilled to hear about this, not only had she found the perfect car for herself, but as a bonus, I had the $500 referral fee coming to me as advertised on their website, yay! We did everything their site said to do to get the referral fee. Billy got my name and number from her when they were finalizing the sale, told her that I would get it, and that he would call me later that day. I never received a call, so I ended up calling him. He said at first that I didn't qualify because I had never purchased a vehicle from them. I told him about the Corolla I bought in 2013, and he said he would call me back. He did call back a few minutes later, and said because they had already put the paperwork for her sale thru, it would be very difficult to modify it. He then offered to send me $50 plus a couple tanks of gas, and said their referral fee was in fact now $100, not $500. He said he would call me later that evening to arrange the payment. After I hung up, I double and triple checked the referral page on their website to see if there was something I had missed, which there wasn't. I called the sales desk and spoke with Alex. I asked for the terms and conditions for the referral, and was told basically the same thing as what the ad said. He asked for my name and the name of the person I referred, and which I gave him. Alex asked where i had seen the ad for the $500. I gave him the web address, and he had Billy call me back. Billy also asked where I had seen it, I gave him the web address, and was at that time told that since that is what they had advertised, that is what I will get. But what they would have to do is add it in to the next deal that comes through, and it would take a couple of weeks for it to finalize and they would mail me a check, and said either he or Alex would call me. No one ever did, and dumb me just thought they had everything they needed. A few weeks go by, and nothing. I call back and speak with Billy, who said Alex was supposed to have called me already. They need a copy of my license as well as a completed w-9 so they could process the payment, which I immediately sent to Billy. I was then told AGAIN that they had to add it on the next deal, and promised they would. I was told again that it would take a couple of weeks, and I would get the referral fee by mail. Well, here I am again, a couple of weeks later. I called again, spoke with someone in accounting to check on the status of it, and they had no record of it. I was transferred to sales, who also couldn't find any record of it. They took my name and number and said they would look into it and call me back. That was yesterday, no one called. I sent Billy a text a few hours ago asking about the status, and he called me back and once again he is saying that they will have to put it on the next deal, and he apologized and said he hasn't sold anything for a few days, and that is why there is still no record of this, but again, they'll put it on the very next deal and I'll have it in about a week. Also, he tried slipping in that the $100 would be sent, not the $500 as advertised. I asked him about it, and he said he speak with the GM again but he just doesn't know what he'll say. So, do not trust anything these people advertise or say. I regret sending my mom there. I was also considering buying a 25 or 26 Camry come November, it won't be from here. More

Audio system would not turn on. Spent three full days, two new radios installed, still no audio. Took to audio expert in Jacksonville FL. i95 Toyota had MISDIAGNOSED my problem. Solution was bad speaker wire feeding back to amplifier. Dealer charged me $1,900+ for the radio they installed anyway. I’m a +70 year old disabled Vet and didn’t have the strength to fight the dealership. My request to split the difference with them was ignored. Really unfortunate experience. More
Just bought a Toyota 4Runner out of state, and it was an awesome experience! Everything went down just like they said it would. Billy Bob really made the whole thing easy and stress-free. My experience today was HORRIBLE! I called to speak with managers and apparently they were busy and was going to call back. I haven't heard from anyone. For starters they checked off that my break fluid levels were good. Well little did they know, it wasn't but they didn't check it. My service tech JC asked the hub guy did they put any brake fluid in there dude said no. He asked him did they have any to top it off and he said no. So the tech grabbed it and topped it off. So after checking out and leaving, I look up at my sticker in the car for my mileage for my next oil change and it say 731,*** miles. Well I know that can't be right because my odometer reads 733*** miles. So I had to go back and fix that. If your employees don't want to work maybe you need to hire some new ones. I have been with Toyota for years this is the WORST experience ever. At this point I'm wondering did you even change the oil. Or is all my other fluid levels is even right since y'all checked that off and it wasn't done. If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD'VE. My service Tech JC was AMAZING he made sure everything got fixed properly even put my brake fluid in there! More

Was able to schedule an appointment on short notice sine I was going home in two days. Was able to get the service needed. The only disappointment was the car wash.
