I am extremely disappointed and angry at the way I was treated by IAD Autos. This dealership is a complete scam. They sold me a car under the promise of a 20,000-mile maintenance warranty that was suppose treated by IAD Autos. This dealership is a complete scam. They sold me a car under the promise of a 20,000-mile maintenance warranty that was supposed to cover repairs, oil changes, and electrical issues — but it was all a lie. After the first oil change, my car showed that the oil was still due. Then the check engine light came on shortly after. When I returned to get it fixed, they refused to cover it under warranty and charged me out of pocket. When I complained, I was treated with complete disrespect. Their secretary was rude, their staff was unprofessional, and no one seemed to care about what they promised me at the time of sale. I tried to resolve the issue again, and the staff got even worse. [One of their staff members shouted at me, got in my face, physically stepped on my foot, and tried to intimidate and bully me.] He cursed me out, disrespected me, and told me to get out of the office like I was trash. I have an amputated wrist, and I truly believe he was trying to take advantage of that to intimidate me. This was a disgusting experience. These people are not professional, not honest, and not safe to deal with. I will never forget the way I was treated. What they promised and what they delivered are two different things. If you care about your money, your safety, and your dignity — STAY FAR AWAY from IAD Autos. The cars they sell are unreliable, their promises are fake, and their customer service is beyond terrible. The dealership itself is what to be expected. They try to get top dollar from you. But the service afterwards was the worst I came in for a oil change and replacement of a headlight bulb which they gave me the run around for whatever reason, had me to write down my exact mileage and insult to injury I needed a back wiper blade, which I bought prior to coming to the dealership for service I believe the technician whom changed my oil seeing the blade and just put it on took two seconds which I would have appreciate it but when it’s time to pay, they charge me for my blade that I bought and charge me for labor for a new blade as if it was theirs I believe that it was their blade which I thought as well by the time I got home to go snapped the blade on it was gone missing so I had to go back to the dealership the next day and explain tony The service manager made it seem like I was wrong, but I explained to Tony who is the service manager that my blade was missing. He made a big deal as if it was my fault. Told me he didn’t need my business. I accuse him of stealing which it was stealing so he had to order a new blade that he had in stock already so he said, but he had to order a new blade First and last time I would ever go back to the dealership or service department More

Worse dealership I ever dealt with I got a car from the Landover dealership. They will get cocky as xxxx with you especially when they get your money.
