amazing I leased my 2019 qx60 last week, I love it. This transaction was the easiest. We went in met with Rich Hayat he was wonderful!!! There was no hagg I leased my 2019 qx60 last week, I love it. This transaction was the easiest. We went in met with Rich Hayat he was wonderful!!! There was no haggling. Price was right. Sent him my info. Paperwork was done and picked up our new car on Friday. No games, no mystery fees. Just straight talk. I received a great deal without the need for haggling! My hat also goes off to Robert Sedrish, the F&I Mgr. Professional, kind, and a straight talker. Rob only brought up one product that might have been of benefit since I was leasing; e.g. the maintenance plan/tire hazard coverage. After doing the math together, it was well worth the convenience. Thank you Rob. My Subaru lease runs out in 18 months, I'll definitely be coming back to Richard, and IoM, for my next car. Thank you all!! You are Real Pros!! More

Easy Breezy Leasing Experience I have to take the time to tell everyone about my experience with Infiniti of Massapequa. My lease was up this month and I had gotten 7 previous Infi I have to take the time to tell everyone about my experience with Infiniti of Massapequa. My lease was up this month and I had gotten 7 previous Infiniti’s at a different dealership. I called the sales manager at that dealership, whom I developed a relationship with over the years, and told him what car I wanted. He came back with a price that was $100 more per month than Massapequa. He told me no way did Massapequa give me the price I told him. Honestly, I didn’t even negotiate hard with the sales manager, George Cohan, at Massapequa. George gave me a price, it was within my budget, and I gave the Sales Manager at the other dealership the opportunity to meet it since I’ve gotten so many cars there. He said he couldn’t. I went back to Massapequa, expecting them to tell me they made a mistake and George assured me that was the price. He then introduced me to Paul Rabinowitz, a sales associate who took over since George was leaving on vacation. I went to pick up my car today. It was outside waiting for me. We went into the dealership and signed all the papers and everything was exactly as they said. Paul took over a 1/2 hour going over every feature in the car. He hooked up my phone and installed the garage door opener. I left feeling I knew every feature the car had to offer. Before he got out of the car, Paul made me promise, I’d come back next week and ask him anything I still had questions about. The biggest surprise is that they had gotten my registration transferred and had the new registration sticker already a fixed to the windshield. This was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had and wanted to share it with everyone. If you are in the market for a new Infiniti, I highly recommend Infiniti of Massapequa! More

Amazing Exsperience I usually don't write reviews but the service I got with Infiniti of Massapequa was just WOW. I'm been leasing cars for the past 20 years and every ti I usually don't write reviews but the service I got with Infiniti of Massapequa was just WOW. I'm been leasing cars for the past 20 years and every time you come to a dealership all they want to do is rip you off from the sales person to a finance guy. Not with these guys. I came to the dealer ship on my lunch break of cause I new the car that I want to get and I did some homework. When I looked at the car Richard H approached me and took me for a test drive. I told Richard what I want to pay for a car and in few minutes speaking to his manager we got a deal but that's not it usually when you get to a finance guy that's when it start increasing your payment. To my surprise that was not the case Robert was pleasant to deal with and didn't force me to buy anything else. When I came to pick up the car it was ready to drive with plates and registration. The whole process from start to finish was just an amazing experience that I never saw before at any other dealerships. If you need an Infiniti do yourself a favor and visit these guys you would regret. I know where I'm coming next time for my Infiniti. Thank you guys for service I love the car More
