We were not sure if we wanted to lease another Infinity. The dealership in Valley Stream that we leased our other two Infinity's from was not a people friendly dealership. The second we walked into the dealership and meet Steve we were impressed by his professionalism. Steve took the time to answer all of our questions and options even after we had stated that we were not sure if we were going to lease another infinity h.e took the time to go over pricing with us. We decided to test drive the G37x .upon returning from the test car and meeting Gene the Manager and Press the financial expert we leased the car. It was the excellent care,professional staff along with the integrity , honesty and friendly customer service that will keep us going back for all of our cars.If you are looking for a dealership that offers you a friendly , honest shopping experience with great pricing,number one customer service drive over to Massapequa Infinity where I assure you will be well worth your time. I whent there to find a good price the gave me $370 month I said to them I need time to think about it they told me no problem and they said to me in Oder to get this price I have to leave them down payment I said to them I need time to think about it they told me no problem and they said to me in Oder to get this price I have to leave them down payment of $554 and if I change my mind I would get my money back i called next day to say i dont want the deal and guss what never got my money back they stold from me please don't go to them they are lying sons of beachs and they are over priced . Went to this service dept. 3 times for the same thing to be fixed. they were unprofessional, rude and very poorly trained techs. Random stuff was stolen out of my car like CD's, DVD,s, my ipod, change, a c be fixed. they were unprofessional, rude and very poorly trained techs. Random stuff was stolen out of my car like CD's, DVD,s, my ipod, change, a company Credit card i keep in the glove and the cars compartments were trashed. Also my freshly painted car was given back to me scratched up like someone keyed it. They told me they test drove the car before and after they fixed my exhaust noise, but the car had the same exact mileage it did when i dropped it off with and nothing was fixed. Had a conference with Frank the service manager who says no one ever had anything stolen from their cars and then a customer walked in yelling about his GPS being stolen. all he did was defend his service dept and did nothing for me. Wost stealership ever! More
I brought my car for a simple oil change, a week later my motor blew do to lack of oil. They told me that my car must of been burning oil which it was a huge lie. Then when that was proven to be false they t motor blew do to lack of oil. They told me that my car must of been burning oil which it was a huge lie. Then when that was proven to be false they told me that i mistreated my car and that the motor was full of sludge. When i brought me mechanic there he once again proofed them wrong. Then Frank the service manager tells me that his techs never do things like not adding the right amount of oil the car required, which i know better than that. their mechanics rush jobs and dont care about the quality of service. I ended up buying a whole new motor else where, because they would not warranty anything without me showing receipts for past oil changes which i could not supply because i did them myself. More
I can only say, having owned many other luxury vehicles, that this is quite a "Mickey Mouse" operation. The service staff is somewhat unprofessional.
