There service department is a bunch of crooks. Then when I complained and told Jodi about the issue he basically called me a liar. More

Gina in Service makes every customer feel like they are the most important customer of the day. I've never seen a Service Representative that looks out for the best interest of the Customer like Gina does. the most important customer of the day. Booked an appointment for service with a Loaner 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Sat with a service advisor Gina who had a bad attitude. Told me there was no loaners cause of COVID. Bunch of BS service manager frank wa IN ADVANCE. Sat with a service advisor Gina who had a bad attitude. Told me there was no loaners cause of COVID. Bunch of BS service manager frank was rude as well and basically told me that she lied but that they preferred to keep loaner cars for other customers.... they didn’t even check to see what LT car needed. It’s a brand new 2021 Q50. They treat you like Kia customers here. More

HORRIBLE experience all they care about is keeping your car there longer so they could bill corporate infinity. Job WAS NOT done. Check engine light STILL ON after car was there for a week. Was lied to multiple times by both GINA and the service manager FRANK on promised time for the service to be complete. Claimed they ordered the part only to then say it came to them “damaged”. LIES LIES LIES. Manager didn’t even bother to make sure the car was road tested before giving it back to the customer. UNPROFESSIONAL and unethical - they simply don’t care. More
