He is extremely responsive, thoughtful in advance of the client needs and time restrictions and super prepared. For most of my auto buying experiences, I dreaded the exchange at the dealer getting to a number we could agree on. Not with John - we exchanged ideas of my needs and John provided options on how to achieve that. I appreciate working with John and he is also just a super nice guy, personable, not arrogant and knowledgeable. Thank you John for making the buying experience hassle free and pleasurable!!
