Very disappointing experience with Lupient INFINITI Milwaukee. I’ve purchased several vehicles from Lupient over the years, but the communication on this purchase has fallen well short of expectations. Milwaukee. The vehicle was damaged during shipment, and it has taken nearly 10 weeks to get the situation only partially resolved. Responsiveness from the sales manager has been extremely slow. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up for updates, and there has been very little proactive communication or follow-through. As a repeat Lupient customer, I expected much better. Based on how this has been handled, this will likely be my last vehicle purchase from Lupient. More

Got my first car that I don’t need to share with my sisters. Worked with Heidi she was nice and easy to talk to. She was super busy but still gave us 10 out of 10 experience giving us the her full atte sisters. Worked with Heidi she was nice and easy to talk to. She was super busy but still gave us 10 out of 10 experience giving us the her full attention when working through our decision process and took time to show me how to program phone and use features. Made sure I was comfortable before I left. Very happy she was our sales person we went to a lot of car lots she by far the best plus gave me the push I needed. More
