Mar 9, 2023 Mike My car had damage via impact on the undercarriage causing a hole in the oil pan/oil filter so I had in towed into the dealer. Needed a engine, insurance paid. Long story short my service was horrible I would call for updates on my repair, it would take a week for them return my call. After all that I go to pick up my vehicle and I have to go find it in the lot after over 12k bill! I get home and see the pictures below...... This dealership's service department has a serious problem!
