I purchased my car in September of 2022 on a Saturday evening from your Hoffman Estates dealership and no one told me about any of the features of the car. I did not know how to turn on the headlights so I drove home without the light on. I take my car for service in Orland Park because the people are friendlier. My service rep at Hoffman Estates was not the nicest person. People like Justin make it worth while to drive to Orland Park. More

There was no car loaner available for service that cost $1500. Lexus dealership always provided me with a loaner for services that cost much less than $1500. Repair was delayed by a day. Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge by Service Technicians, they don’t keep you informed on the status of your vehicle and didn’t have the parts available to service my vehicle, I wasted 3 Service Technicians, they don’t keep you informed on the status of your vehicle and didn’t have the parts available to service my vehicle, I wasted 3 hours at the dealership for NOTHING, I won’t be going back and I’ve been going there for years!!!!
