Where do I begin to explain the exceptional customer service that my husband and I had received recently from this Infiniti dealership in West Chester Pennsylvania. This Infiniti dealership by far I would highly recommend to anybody looking to have a phenomenal experience from start to finish. My husband and l came from Long Island, NY which is a 4 hour drive for a specific vehicle that they had there on there car lot with a wide selection of Infiniti vehicles. From the beginning when we had spoken to the General Sales Manager Mark Cantino over the phone he had made us feel comfortable right from the start. Then Luis Moreno our Sales Consultant that continued to assist us in every way was incredible as well. When we had arrived to the dealership another  sales consultant greeted us as soon as we walked in asking if we would like something to drink as we wait as well as a women from the management team greeted us and was getting our paper work ready. This sale team all worked well together and every single staff member was beyond professional there. Paul M. Faralli  the Finance Manager helped us through the necessary financial portion of the sale and was very clear with every thing. We had felt they weren’t just there for a sale they were there to help us through the necessary steps on completed our car purchase. Luis Moreno our Sales Consultant had called that following morning to make sure we made it home safe and had asked us how our ride was coming back home. This Infiniti dealership also showed that they care about us as well. The experience was well worth the 4 hour drive. We have dealt with other Infiniti dealerships else where and by far we highly recommend going to this Infiniti location and experiencing phenomenal customer service and Incredible management with exceptional sales team. Came in with my wife on a Friday afternoon to look at purchasing a QX80. The salesman (Jay) wanted nothing to do with us and they gave us a ridiculous estimate on our trade saying something was wrong wi purchasing a QX80. The salesman (Jay) wanted nothing to do with us and they gave us a ridiculous estimate on our trade saying something was wrong with the engine. We got the vibe that we were a bother to them. The engine was fine as we just had it inspected at Land Rover the week before. It was clear they didn't want to do business with us. Sorry to say, they probably could have moved a new QX80 if they had been even the least bit accommodating. We ended up purchasing a Toyota Sequoia later that afternoon and getting 12K for our trade vs the 7.5k they offered. We will be avoiding this place at all costs - we don't like shopping where we feel like we're inconveniencing the sales staff. More
