Experience with James Jones in purchasing the car was great. Experience in closing the deal could’ve been more efficient. Sales tax for the car was not included when I paid for the car. I also had to wait a month for a replacement part to come in for a part that was an issue right out of the factory. I’m still trying my to resolve a stereo issue. More

During COVID service did not go so well. I returned to the dealership this time and the service was very good. The manager was very polite and seemed to want to be of assistance genuinely.
