If it wasn't for my service advisor Dan Arrington I may consider going to another Infiniti dealer for service on my car. This is the second time that after Dan had left for the day and Dan Arrington I may consider going to another Infiniti dealer for service on my car. This is the second time that after Dan had left for the day and someone else was supposed to call me when my car is ready, I don't get a call and/or they can't find my car? I'm thankful for the loaner car or I would of been stuck over the long Labor day weekend. I ended up calling after hours and I believe it was a sales person that helped me (Jerry or Perry?) to find out that my key was not anywhere to be found and that the car was blocked in. He was super helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Anyways, called Dan bright and early on the following business day and he handled everything like a boss! Although my car was not washed and Dan offered to get it washed, I opted out because it had been a long day. These types of errors seem completely avoidable, in my opinion. As always, thanks Dan for taking care of me and my car! More

My credit score os not all that great yet they were able to work out a deal that was within my budget! They stayed with me until almost 11pm crunching numbers so that they could make my dream a reality. They’ve earned my business for life! I would highly recommend to buy here. GM KP scared me at first, but all you got to do is get to know him! He is a softy deep down :) loved working with him. He listened to what I wanted and he made it happen.
