Both men were highly professional and knowledgeable in their fields. All aspects of the transaction were covered to my satisfaction. The deal involved trading in two cars on the new Infiniti, and everything went smoothly. Mark came out to the rehab hospital to get my wife's signature on the papers. We couldn't ask for better from your staff. Your service department has been tops for a long time. We used it for the previous Infiniti and for the Nissan we traded in. Great people there too. Keep up the good work. More

Overall good. Disappointed in vehicle prep. Working with Mark McGee was a great experience. He is very professional and knowledgeable. At delivery, he patiently explained all of the vehicle features and took time to answer questions. Ervin Williams was also very professionmal and very easy to work with. On a negative note: the day after I took delivery, I drove the car in the morning sun and realized how dirty the window glass was. The inside of the windshield and rear window looked like they had been wiped down with a a dirty cloth and the side view mirrors weren't cleaned at all. Very disappointing! More
