After the initial paperwork had been signed and filed (for the second time due to a spelling error of my name which a week and half into the process they still cant get correct) a week has passed and I've done nothing but play phone tag with insurance companies and the dealership, but still not able to pick up the car. The past three days I've been on and off with my insurance company due to errors in the way the dealership filled out my information that I had made very clear in writing my first two visits. I understand my initial salesman (who did a good job for the time I worked with him) left halfway through the process but that does not mean I am to be treated like a lesser priority customer just because no ones getting my commission. More

Once we decided to purchase, Jim answered all of our questions and got the process rolling quickly. We had a nice chat with the GM and also met with the Finance Manager about the loan. Everyone was extremely nice. When we got home my husband and both said we thought that was one of the best car-buying experiences we ever had! No haggling, pushiness, etc. Picked up my car a couple of days later. Jim had it all ready and warmed up for me, and went through a few of the bells and whistles with me before I drove off.
