Customer services I had been a pervious customer of Infiniti of Hanover so it was only natural that I would go back and look for my next vehicle. I had met with Victori I had been a pervious customer of Infiniti of Hanover so it was only natural that I would go back and look for my next vehicle. I had met with Victoria Vanegas after a few visits of kicking the tires. Victoria was inviting and attentive, for once I felt comfortable looking for a vehicle. I would call/email Victoria at least once a week inquiring about recent inventory arrivals It took a few calls and back and forth emails but ultimately Victoria found me the vehicle that I was looking for, during those calls/emails I found Victoria to be pleasant, never overbearing in the sense that she needed to make a sale. She was courteous and professional and provided a level of customer service that is rare in the new/use car industry. Victoria went above and beyond my expectations . Worst Day Ever at a Service Center! I went in to have a valve sensor replace and four hours later I went and the next day my tire was flat! I returned that day to find out that they put I went in to have a valve sensor replace and four hours later I went and the next day my tire was flat! I returned that day to find out that they put the wrong sensor in. A job that shouldn't take no more than a hour and a half to get done. Wow! Never again will I go back there and then to have the service guy try to up sale on things I know I didn't need, at least not from them! And the nagging sales woman trying to sell me a new vehicle after I told her I was not interested 3-4 times.Sad! More
