I appreciate the loaner but expected the part to be in country if not at a related dealership. I inquired about having an oil service done as my interval was close. I had not taken advantage of my 2nd "free oil service within a year" on my certified purchase. This would have helped make things right.. This idea was also rejected by my service advisor. I'll search for other Dealerships for my next service. More
