The services Managers at Infiniti of Northern Kentucky was unbelievable,as in knowledgeable and integrity on great TRUSTWORTHY. I have a 2013 Infiniti Q56 that needed an oil change & needed some service d was unbelievable,as in knowledgeable and integrity on great TRUSTWORTHY. I have a 2013 Infiniti Q56 that needed an oil change & needed some service done. Oil change was very reasonable and so was the services. They do a great job on interacting and answering all my questions. I’ll give them high kudos, as in 5 STAR service to Mike Wilson & AJ Crouch. Thank you gentlemen. Not very good 1) Made appointment online and stated I needed a shuttle ride. Arrived at appointment and learned there was no shuttle and also no loaner cars. They offered to have a driver to go with me in my car to my place of employment drop me off and take the car back to the dealer. Service manager said he would put gas in my car for compensation. Driver returned car dropped keys at counter and left. When i went to leave saw no gas was added to tank as stated. My car was washed poorly and no vacuuming was done as stated on invoice. Paid $13.55 for a $3.00 key fob battery. Paid $15.00 shop charge that was not stated in estimate. More

Brought vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation to keep lifetime power train warranty in tack and found out that 1st oil change is free. A 3hr drive is a long way to go but my wife and I make a weeken keep lifetime power train warranty in tack and found out that 1st oil change is free. A 3hr drive is a long way to go but my wife and I make a weekend out of it. Even received a car wash on a rainy day. Nice, new, clean dealership and really nice and friendly employees. More
I had my car towed here on Saturday evening when it wouldn't start in my garage. They told me Monday morning they would get back with me when they figured out what was wrong with my it. After several h wouldn't start in my garage. They told me Monday morning they would get back with me when they figured out what was wrong with my it. After several hours I called them back only to find they had totally forgotten about it. Eventually they said I needed a new starter which they didn't have in stock. Was told a loaner would be available the next day but that didn't happen. And they didn't call to let me know. On the third day I was told my car was next in line at 11:00am and they would call when it was ready. Again I heard nothing so I called them at 4:15. They said it would be ready in a half hour. I got there at 4:45 and was told it was finished and they were just washing it. The service manager went over the bill with me during this time. I also had them do an oil change and tire rotation. $80 for the oil and $30 to rotate the tires. Really??? Then he went on to say how competitive their prices are. On top of this, they add a $25 "shop charge" to everyone's bill. He said this covers nuts, bolts, screws and other miscellaneous items not previously accounted for. He said the customer actually comes out ahead this way. Total BS if you ask me. Everything about the bill was total BS and obviously the communication was beyond awful. He then left to get my car and I waited about 15 minutes more until he pulled it in the garage. When I left they didn't open the garage door for me so I sat there like an idiot until the guy finally came to open it. The car does appear to be fixed now and he gave me some type of $40 COVID relief discount for my troubles. Overall though it was a terrible experience and I will never set foot in this poorly run house of thieves again. More
