The service department was ready to take my vehicle right when I arrived. I checked in with the Assistant Service Manager, who was friendly and answered all of my questions as a brand new Infiniti owner. The when I arrived. Great service I brought my QX50 in for service because there were some really odd things happening with the computer. They couldn't find the problem and the compute I brought my QX50 in for service because there were some really odd things happening with the computer. They couldn't find the problem and the computer would not reproduce the problem but fix the nail in my tire. I'm wondering if the problems I had weren't a result of the nail in my tire shorting out things. The service staff were professional and helpful including the valet service I received. More
When they first opened it was a clunky experience but they have got it down now. The payment process and loaner car process went great.
