It was not until later that I learned that there were errors made at the time of the repair. (Note: Those individuals are no longer employed by you). Mike Wilson is now in your service department. He understood my situation and explained that Infiniti of Northern Kentucky would stand behind its service and he stood behind those words. I brought my I-35 back and Mike made sure the work was done properly. He is a superb representative for your company. More

Absolutely Thrilled with Customer Service! 10/10 Brought my 2007 Infiniti M35X in for a recall on the airbag. Korey was a treat to deal with, working patiently with me in order to fit the appointmen Brought my 2007 Infiniti M35X in for a recall on the airbag. Korey was a treat to deal with, working patiently with me in order to fit the appointment into my schedule. On top of replacing the airbag, they also dealt with a recall on my accelerator pedal pad at the same time. When issues occurred involving my ECM needing to be replaced due to some issue during the service, they replaced that as well, all while allowing me a nice courtesy vehicle to use on my commute during the wait! After getting my car back I noticed that the keys needed to be reprogrammed since the ECM was replaced. One quick call and I was set back up with another appointment and another courtesy vehicle to use in the meantime; all problems solved. All the employees were wonderful to speak with, and I think the quality of a company's customer service is shown in how they deal with issues that occur during and / or after a job like this, and I couldn't be more genuinely impressed with their responses. With employees and service like this, not to mention the quality of vehicles I've seen, Infiniti and Nissan have me as a very loyal customer! Keep up the absolutely stunning work! More
