I leased my new 2025QX 80 from this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. Roger and Tom were great getting this lease done. This was the forth, QX80 I have leased,the first one from. My first service was no problem,everything went well and service department did what was needed. To my problem with them. I live 200 miles from this dealership,so it's an overnight trip since I am 80 years old and doing it in one day is too much. When I bought the vehicle I was promised a full size spare should I have a flat tire. I did have a flat on my way back from phoenix. I found out at that time I DO NOT have a full size tire . I had to get the tire fixed at an infiniti dealer to keep my warranty valid,so I took it to Tucson Infiniti to be fixed and then took it home to have someone put it back on. Peoria infiniti has gotten all new people since I bought my vehicle and will not give me the spare tire I was promised. All since the tires are not wearing well,I feel I might need a whole new set of tires. When we talked the sales manager he was rude and not helpful at all. I have to drive back there,200 miles, for them to decide what they will do for me. More

This is my second purchase with Infinti and last! ! Purchased my vehicle 6 months ago, in for 1st service. Need new battery and tires. Really !?!? Battery warranty expired 2 weeks ago. Hello I purchased a used 2021 Q50 in June so about 2 months ago. The salesman was very responsive and respectful until I purchased the vehicle. I had a couple issues with it within the first week of hav months ago. The salesman was very responsive and respectful until I purchased the vehicle. I had a couple issues with it within the first week of having it and when I brough this to his attention he became extremely rude belligerent and would not even try to help me out. Short list of things. 1) I was told it had tinted windows. it did not. 2) I was told it had GPS and apple car play, it had neither. 3) sales manager ask him if he had filled up the gas tank for me, he said yes and handed me the keys. tank had less than a 1/4 tank. 4) The backup camara housing on the trunk has come loose and is starting to come off. It would appear that someone tried to glue it into place using JB weld. If I could post pictures I would. DO NOT ever go to this location, they will lie to you and then bad mouth you if you have any questions or issues. More
