This was the worst form of customer service I have experienced from an Infiniti dealership. Kimberly Stewart showed just how racist she could be and I am appalled by how she ignored me for the first 1 experienced from an Infiniti dealership. Kimberly Stewart showed just how racist she could be and I am appalled by how she ignored me for the first 15 minutes I was there for an appointment she schedules for me and then she waited another 5 minutes after a different service representative told her that I was about to leave because no one acknowledged that I was there for a 1 o'clock appointment. I got my 2013 Infiniti G37 service under an extended warranty for a failed window motor. Kimberly, my service adviser was superb. She was informative and very accommodating.
