INFINITI of San Antonio - Service Center

Jeremy with the service dept is the WORST manager I have ever dealt with. They kept my car for an oil change and a simple warranty issue over 3weeks, then charged me double the amount in the contract for th ever dealt with. They kept my car for an oil change and a simple warranty issue over 3weeks, then charged me double the amount in the contract for the loaner car cleaning fee. I asked for a free detail of my car to make up for the wait. When I picked up my car, after 21 days, my car had not even been wiped down much less detailed. When asked to speak with his manager, Jeremy informed me that would not be happening and would not let me talk to anyone else. Additionally, my car was very shaky and loose and drove horribly when i got it. I will never buy from Grubbs again because of Jeremy Doolen and the horrific service dept. More
