I came in to the Express Service to get an oil change. I was met in the covered service area before I could cut the engine off. Very professional, courteous and friendly staff throughout the dealership. All the work was done, excellently fully explained, and I got my vehicle back far in advance of the time quoted! Especially considering I live 1200 miles north of the dealership, and they did not get one cent from the sale of my QX 60. That is above and beyond by anyone's standards.
