I would say our overall experience in purchasing our 2010 FX35 from Infiniti of South Atlanta on 05/10/2010 probably exceeds our expectations. The dealership is just simply clean; it is quiet but not intimidating. I worked with Marcus who is very much willing to earn our business but he did not rush us to buy one. I asked a lot of questions and Marcus answered all of them. After the test drive (May 4th), we did some comparison of prices for the same model/specifications through 5 Infiniti dealerships in Atlanta that I know of. The best deal was from another dealership, but Marcus/dealership was willing to match it and priced it lower. On the day we picked up our first Infiniti, Marcus had her detailed and ready with just an hour notice. *** 06/04/2010 Update {Start} *** During the day of purchase, I came to the dealership with my own approved loan from my credit union. The finance manager requested me to allow him to try and get me a lower rate. I said I would agree if he'll only check with one financial institution. He assured me he will only check my rate with Infiniti Financial Services, his exact words were "Just one, Infiniti". So fast forward, after I received my monthly credit report two days ago, I learned that the I was shopped from two additional financing institution (BB&T and Credco). I was not told of rate shopping before and after the fact. As a result I got two additional unnecessary hard inquiries on my credit report that will stay on my credit history for another 2 years. Not really a big deal for it's only 3-5 point deduction, but one thing to be aware of especially to those people conservative of their score. *** 06/04/2010 Update {End} *** --- Charlie and Family More
I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. My husband and I were in a rush to replace a car we had just sold and everyone there made it happen in record time. The saleslady, LaKisha was not only a joy to work with but went above and beyond to help us out with the rushed situation. The manager stopped by twice to introduce himself and to make sure we were well taken care of. We went to this particular dealership because our 26 yr old son, Kyle, has bought 2 cars from LaKisha and he wouldn't go anywhere else. He made us promise to stop in to see her and after visiting her and looking at the Infiniti's we left and test drove the Mercedes and a Nissan, just to make sure it was what we wanted before heading back to the Infiniti dealership.... where we felt like this was were we needed to spend our money...after test driving the 2010 M45 we knew for certain! I'm not much of a car person but I can honestly say that this is my favorite car. I love how it drives and I'm so glad we took our sons advice. Thank you for a good experience! More

Cleo did a great job with helping to put together a financing package that (given the fact that I was trading in a car with negative equity) allowed me to drive away with a monthly payment that I could live with. I purchased my 06 M35 almost a year ago. I purchased the car because I loved the way my sister's FX drove. My 1999 Maxima had over 300K miles, too. So I knew I wanted to stay within the Nissan family of c car because I loved the way my sister's FX drove. My 1999 Maxima had over 300K miles, too. So I knew I wanted to stay within the Nissan family of cars. I must admit I was concerned with the mileage but everyone assured me the car wasn't broken in, yet. I must agree 45K miles into ownership - it still drives like "new". I've gotten a few warnings and a $1000 speeding tix because I didn't realize how fast I was going!!! Aside from the speeding tix - I really enjoy my car. My sales experience was great! I purchased the car a few miles before one of the 1st major services, the dealership - had already performed the major service. My tires were in great condition. My continued service experience is wonderful, too. I always deal with Fakadu and I am never disappointed. Thanks guys for the great service and I'll be driving the M until the wheels fall off! :) More
Coming from Alabama it was worth the drive, as Marcus responded to all my questions and concerns. He had the vehicle ready for me, I was late for my appointment, as result he was working with two other c responded to all my questions and concerns. I couldn't believe how straight forward everything was, no issue with the vehicle nor the pricing. I am coming back soon to get another car for my daughter, all due to Marcus' honesty and he is pretty funny. More

I cannot stress the wonderful service I recieved while visiting Infitini. The gentleman I spoke with was genuine and very knowledgable of the services available as well as honesty and integrity. Let me start by saying a great big thanks to everyone who helped put a smile on my face. Fekado and Thomas are the best service consultants I have ever come across---they get the job done in a timely, professional and excellent manner. They return calls and always find alternatives to solving the challeneges faced by the customer. If they can be promoted for their excellent service, i would be the first in line to recommend them for a promotion. They deserve to be recognized for the tireless efforts at making sure the customer is happy at the end of the day. Dave, whom i beleive is the Service Manager, was super helpful. This is the first service manager I have come across who leads by example. I was completely impressed by his work ethic as a Service Manager.. He was out and about helping customers and making sure that everything was running right. He is an examplar of what a service manager should be. He deserves to be recognized for his leadership style---a promotion should be seriously considered for Dave. Scott Fuqua, the best technician I have known all my life, a technician with extraordinary skills and ability, has brought my car back to life. He is the only technician who has done 95% of the work on my car in the last 3 years of ownership, and every time, he gets the job done correctly and excellently. There is no other like him. Scott is an auto miracle worker. Once he touches your car, it will be healed immediately. There is no auto sickness that he cannot diagnose and remedy. His genius is really something to behold. He has taught me a lot about cars. Please, he deserves a promotion immediately. And then, I want to thank the parts people, the car wash staff, and Mike (part-time technician) who brought my car home. They have all treated my car with great honor and respect, and have equally contributed and been part of a great team at Infiniti of South Atlanta. They also deserve recognition for their efforts. What can I say? I could write a book about everything Infiniti of South Atlanta is doing right. I want Nissan Motor Company to know how good your dealership really is. Your dealership is the standard that I used to judge all dealerships these days. I am completely pleased with everything. Take care and stay blessed.
