My last visit was Extremely disappointing. The driver seat was lose on the track and the back panel had come off. I was told one of the motors didn't work and it would cost $2350.00 to fix it. The whole car would barely fetch that much in trade in. I was totally insulted at such an outrageous price. I was charged $175.00 for nothing and they didn't even have the courtesy to pop the back panel in place. TOTAL RIP OFF!!! You all should be ashamed. You will never see another dime of my money!! Holy cow More

I was in for service on my vehicle. I was getting the alignment fixed and rear brake pads. After paying, I reviewed the paper work and noticed that the left side never changed. When I questioned Edson about it, he said he would check with the service tech. Then he came back and said my 5-year old car needed new shocks. It wasn't mentioned anywhere else, but then I was quoted 900 dollars. When I got home, I was furious. Not only was my alignment not really fixed, which is a safety problem and will affect my new tires, then I was told I need new shocks. Unreal. Then I received an email that said my shocks were fine when they did the 5point inspection. Hmmm. Interesting that they would say it was the shocks when it wasn't. My alignment is still off. More
