It is truly a disappointment to hear when your older model vehicle needs such an expensive repair. But that is the cost of continuing to try to maintain a vehicle over a period of time. We provided a fair market price when we quoted the repair, and you'd find the price to be similar at any INFINITI dealership for this genuine new OEM seat. As for the $175 charge, this was the diagnostic fee that was agreed to when we took your vehicle in. If you decide to purchase a new vehicle, we are currently the #1 volume INFINITI dealership in Southern California, so you know you'll get a great price and will be treated fairly with us.
