Amazing service at Infiniti Tallahassee (Kraft) I bought my Infiniti QX60 in Atlanta. It was a 2014, used with 23k miles on it. I love all the luxury, safety features, comfort, and drive. However I bought my Infiniti QX60 in Atlanta. It was a 2014, used with 23k miles on it. I love all the luxury, safety features, comfort, and drive. However, this car has had some issues over the years. I am so impressed with Infiniti’s warranty and with the local service I receive from Infiniti Tallahassee (now owned by Kraft). Each time I’ve had an issue, Scott Futch has been wonderful in handling all of our needs. He keeps us up to date on maintenance and has worked along side the service techs to take care of our problems (big and small). I recently brought my QX 60 in for a transmission fluid flush (recommended maintenance that I was made aware of by Tallahassee Infiniti service center). When the tech started the job, he noticed a repeat problem and immediately notified Scott and Infiniti. Long story short, Infiniti took great care of us and replaced the transmission. We had only 2000 miles left until our warranty expired. Thank you Kraft Infiniti for employing awesome service techs and service advisors. I am a believer in Infiniti cars and their customer service. I can’t imagine driving anything else. More
