Service Everyone is very friendly and they are helpful as much as they can be. Since the switch I have been in the service department three times for the same Everyone is very friendly and they are helpful as much as they can be. Since the switch I have been in the service department three times for the same issue. I feel like the service adviser has no time to really understand what problems I am having with my car. After my last visit I was able to confirm this by speaking with the mechanic because some of things I complained about he was unaware of. Before the switch everything ran smoothly during my appointments however these last times I just feel like I am being shuffled around and charged money. More

Car not ready when promised Came in for oil, multi-point inspection and car wash. Was told car would be ready one hour to one hour fifteen minutes. Two and a half hours later, ca Came in for oil, multi-point inspection and car wash. Was told car would be ready one hour to one hour fifteen minutes. Two and a half hours later, car still on lift. When I asked, I was told the car was finished, heading in for car wash. Half an hour later, the car was still on the lift. Was then told the oil cap couldn't be found. When the car was ready, I had no time to wait for the car wash. Bad experience, wasted half a day. Also, I was told that the car need rear differential service due to mileage. When I pointed out this had been done at the dealer a year and a half ago, and that the car had less than 5000 additional miles put on, the service rep said the records hadn't been reviewed properly. Sad to say, the dealer report states that I declined this service. More
