Oil and filter change along with tire rotation. Oil/filter change was done and tires checked/rotated along with multi-point inspection. A rear brake job was recommended and performed on the same day along with a cabin air filter change. A Quick turn around and good, careful work was done.Thanks! However - a couple of minor complaints are as follows: Grease/oil stains were left on the driver's side floor mat, seat belt, driver's seat, and glove box. A temporary paper cover for the floor mat would have prevented the grease stains and hand washing would have precluded grease stains in the cabin. Also, post-car wash soap residue remained on the hood and trunk lid. An extra rinse with a hose and a wipe down with a soft chamois cloth would have prevented this. Overall, good service from Infiniti but improvement is needed on keeping the vehicle clean. More

All in all I would recommend Kraft Infiniti highly based on the service experience I had and especially compared to the experience at other dealers in town. More

Ok but not the best visit I have experienced Overall this is a great dealership in all aspects. Don’t let my rating of three stars dryer anyone from not purchasing a vehicle from here. I have them 3 stars because my car is fairly new (14,000 miles) only driven a couple of days out of the week. So I brought it in due to the flat tire indicator light came on after I had a flat. All I wanted was this flat tire indicator to be turned off. It came back on after I left the dealership and was halfway home which is 90 miles away. I will schedule another appointment to have it looked at again. No big deal. So my main problem is I was asked did I want a complimentary car was after the servicing. I said yes. After getting home and stopping at the store I had a stranger ask me why were there long dirt mark all over my car. Upon Further inspection I could clearly see it was never was like promised. Only sprayed with water and wiped down which left streaks of dirt. Wheels and tires still were dirty. Very embarrassing to have an Infiniti looking this way. Bad customer service. Next time I will decline the complimentary car wash if just rinsing it off with water is considered a carwash. More
