I initially brought my car in for an oil change, but they did a comprehensive inspection and found that my break pads needed to be replaced. Ronald called me and gave me several options and when I decided to do the breaks on the same day, he gave me a good discount. He called me again when the car was ready, which was 20 minutes earlier than the time he promised. I enjoy bringing my car for service to the Infiniti of Van Nuys, as I always have great experience there. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting room is very comfortable with free coffee and freshly baked cookies. More

Review Infiniti Van Nuys Fraud They have at least two Vehicle Code violations. They lied about the vehicle to get me on the lot. They lied about the 3 day return rule and costs. They falsified documents, and then falsely advertised the vehicle. They lied during the sales process by hiding numbers and tried to sneak additional profit margins for their self into the deal, which when called out on it, then led to an intimidation tactic to get me to shut up about it, which then led to a threat on me for speaking up about the intimidation. They then send you links to where to leave a "good" review, and where to leave a "bad" review. The bad review goes to their own office, and the good review goes online for the world to see. How crooked is that? These guys are dangerous and destructive. Save your time. Save your money. Save your life. More
